Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vision website (vson.ai), platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Vision ("Vision," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law.
Accounts and teams
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Team administrators may manage members and workspace settings. Content shared within a team may be visible to other team members.
- Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Your content and workspaces
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Vision a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including running AI-assisted development tools at your direction.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Content and to connect any third-party services (such as code repositories or Google Analytics) to your workspace.
Third-party integrations
The Service may connect to third-party products (for example, GitHub, Google Analytics, or payment providers). Your use of those products is governed by their terms and policies. Vision is not responsible for third-party services and does not guarantee their availability or performance.
When you authorize an integration, you grant Vision permission to access data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy and the integration consent screen. You may revoke access by disconnecting the integration or deleting your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation or security.
- Use the Service to build or distribute harmful, fraudulent, or abusive applications.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
- Misuse connected integrations (for example, exceeding authorized API scopes or accessing data you do not have rights to).
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access as described below.
AI-assisted features
Vision includes AI tools that generate suggestions, code, and other outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving any changes before deploying them to production. Vision provides guardrails and workflows to reduce risk, but does not guarantee that AI-generated output is error-free or suitable for every use case.
Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, and documentation (excluding Customer Content), is owned by Vision and its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service as intended.
Confidentiality and feedback
If we share non-public information about the Service with you (such as beta features), you agree to keep it confidential. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Vision against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision poses risk to the Service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (such as limitations of liability) will survive.
Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
