This Privacy Policy describes how Vision ("Vision," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at vson.ai, use our platform at our application domains, or connect third-party services through Vision.
By using Vision, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and local storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences (such as theme), and understand how our site is used.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics on our marketing site to measure traffic and improve our pages.
Information from third-party services
When you connect third-party accounts to Vision (for example, Google sign-in or Google Analytics), we receive information authorized by you through that provider's OAuth consent screen. For Google Analytics connections, we request read-only access to your GA4 accounts, properties, and report data so our AI agents can help you analyze traffic. We do not modify your Google Analytics configuration.
When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier) as permitted by Google.
How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Vision platform.
- Authenticate users and maintain account security.
- Process subscriptions and send transactional communications.
- Respond to demo requests, support inquiries, and feedback.
- Enable connected integrations (such as reading Google Analytics data on your behalf within your workspace).
- Monitor usage, diagnose issues, and protect against abuse or fraud.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Google user data
Vision's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We access Google user data only to provide the features you request (such as displaying analytics in your workspace or signing you in).
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train generalized AI models unrelated to your workspace.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data except when you request support, for security purposes, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.
- You can disconnect Google integrations or delete your account to revoke our access.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate Vision (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics), under confidentiality obligations.

Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account or disconnect an integration, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Children
Vision is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using Vision, you consent to such transfers.
