“Make the button bigger” — which button? Visual edit removes the guesswork: select the exact area of the live preview you mean, and attach it to a comment or a prompt.

Selecting an area
Turn on the Select tool in the preview toolbar, then drag a box over the part of the app you mean — a button, a table, a whole section. (Highlighting text or right-clicking works too.) A Make a quick change box appears, already focused:
- Just type and press Enter — the instruction is sent to the AI immediately, with the exact selection attached. “Make this blue” now means exactly this — the agent receives the page, the selection, and the code behind it.
- The comment icon (bottom right of the box) starts a team comment thread pinned to that area instead — anything you typed carries over.
- Esc dismisses the selection.
On sent messages, the region chip stays clickable — Show in preview jumps to and flashes the exact spot being discussed.
Anchored comments
Comments pinned to an area stay attached to the page they were made on. Open the comments panel and the preview highlights every anchored thread on the current page — feedback lives where the thing being discussed lives.
Comments are a full team discussion: threads with replies, @-mentions, image attachments, and unread badges, with live updates while teammates type. This is how design review works in Vision — someone walks the live preview, pins comments to what should change, and you (or the agent) work through them. It works on Design mode screens too.
