Integrations

Vision apps can read from and write to the tools your team already lives in. Connect an integration once, and every agent in the project can build features on top of it — “post to Slack when an order comes in”, “pull our Notion tasks into a dashboard”.

Connecting an integration

There are two paths, and both take under a minute:

• From chat — when the agent needs an integration, it drops a connect card into the thread. Click it, approve the OAuth popup (or paste an API key), and the agent picks up right where it left off.
• From settings — open Settings → Integrations to connect, reconnect, or disconnect providers any time.

If your repo already carries its own credentials for a provider (say, SLACK_* env vars), Vision detects that and won’t offer its own connection — your setup wins.

Available integrations

• GitHub — the foundation: connect your org’s repos so Vision can build in your existing codebase.
• Slack — post messages, alerts, and DMs to your workspace. Public channels work without an invite.
• Gmail — read, send, label, and organize the team inbox; drafts and in-thread replies included.
• Notion — read and write the pages and databases your team shares with Vision (you pick them in the connect popup).
• Google Analytics — read GA4 traffic, events, and reports, including real-time activity.
• Monday.com — read and update boards, items, and updates; keep boards in sync with your app.
• Calendly — see who booked, when, and what they answered; surface booking links.
• LinkedIn — post to your feed, plus data lookups: profiles, posts, company data, and people search.
• Fireflies — meeting transcripts, AI summaries, and action items.
• Fathom — meeting recordings, transcripts, summaries, and action items.
• RapidAPI — bring your own key and pay the provider directly instead of using credits.

Pricing

Most integrations are free — your own account does the work, Vision just connects it. A few are metered and bill from your team credits, like AI usage:

• LinkedIn data lookups cost about 1 cent per fresh lookup; repeat lookups are served from cache at no cost.
• Connect your own RapidAPI key and LinkedIn lookups run on it instead — free and unmetered on Vision’s side.

Every metered integration shows its pricing on the connect card before you use it, and usage appears itemized in Settings → Billing.

What integrations can and cannot do

Each provider has explicit capabilities the agents respect — including what it must never be used for. For example, Slack can post to public channels but cannot read message history; Notion only sees the pages you explicitly shared. Ask the agent “what can the Slack integration do?” any time — it knows the exact boundaries.
